Nancy Drew

Nancy drew Adventure games on video game podcast

Nancy Drew is a series of adventure-mystery games from Her Interactive, featuring the titular detective herself solving mysteries in a variety of locations. It somehow also always involves almost dying in a variety of ways from nearly suffocating to death to being shoved down the stairs of a Mesoamerican temple. And that’s from the same game! Maybe Ned has a point about wanting us to just come home? Nah. Ned’s just useless.

Sea of Thieves

Sea of Thieves on Video Game Podcast

Sea of Thieves is a sandbox action-adventure game where you take the role of a pirate. Grab a ship, get a map, and sail out for treasure with a crew of your friends or other random people online. While initially somewhat light on content beyond that, the developer is slowly adding more content from computer controlled ships to new areas to explore. However, mostly, you act like a pirate with your friends. Sounds good to Madelyn.
