Moon: Remix RPG Adventure
Moon: Remix RPG Adventure is a 1997 “anti-RPG” from Love-de-Lic. It only recently was localized into English this year through Onion Games, a newer studio made up of former Love-de-Lic members. In the game, you must gather Love through helping the various NPCs of the world and keeping the so-called “hero” of the story from causing too much trouble for everyone. You do go to the Moon, also, eventually.
Watch Dogs Legion
Watch Dogs Legion is the third installment of the Watch Dogs series, this time with the gimmick that you can “play as anyone.” All the NPCs on the street are recruitable into Dedsec, a hacking organization fighting back against the militaristic government of Future London. Collect operatives, fulfill missions, save the city, I assume.
