Episode 63: Redemption of the Spore

Hello, and welcome to another episode of Talk This! It’s Dangerous to Podcast Alone. This week, we’re talking about Spore and Red Dead Redemption 2, as much as we can manage. We’re a little out of it. We doubt that you’re able to tell. After all, we’re nothing if not consummate professionals.

As usual, you can listen to our podcast basically anywhere you want. Check it out on Apple PodcastsGoogle PodcastsSpotify, and on the Pandora app (or head over to our episodes page for even more options). Or just listen below!

Spore

Spore is a game from Maxis where you play as a cruel god, making your horrific creations walk the earth. Or you’re better at the Creature Creator than I am, and maybe your creation actually resembles something workable. Anyway, you take your creation through the stages of evolution. That is, until it finally reaches the last stage: space. Space is always the last stage of evolution after all.

Red Dead Redemption 2

Red Dead Redemption 2 is the prequel to Red Dead Redemption, developed by Rockstar in the Rockstar way. Play as cowboy Arthur Morgan as he racks up a bounty on his head, loses his hat, gets mowed down by wild moose, and other such cowboy things. There’s also, like, a main story or something, but you’ll probably be too busy doing your own thing to get to it much.

You can find the Play This! series, Flashback Fridays, Clickbait Boyfriend behind-the-scenes, and other extra content coming soon! If you want to see what we talked about last week, head over to the blog post for our special PCA/ACA episode.

Next week, we’ll have a Side-Quest where we talk all about our time in Japan, and maybe some other stuff if we can find the time!
