We’re in the thick of social distancing, which means that we (particularly Madelyn) have had tons of time to play new games. And yet, somehow the size of our backlogs never goes down…

Madelyn’s Games
Madelyn managed to finish two games, but she also added around six more to her backlog, so who’s counting. Link’s Awakening and Indivisible were crossed off the list, both deemed fun with some similar navigational issues. Then, she dove right back into Yakuza 0 (finally) after a decently long hiatus. Majima and Kiryu continue to cause mayhem and solve problems. And, of course, Animal Crossing.
Emma’s Games
Emma spent several unintentionally long nights making her way through Final Fantasy VII Remake. You can find all her thoughts on the game here (warning for spoilers though). Additionally, she almost reached the end of the first installment of Trails of Cold Steel. C thinks he’s being so sneaky, not knowing that Emma is a genre-savvy player. And, of course, Animal Crossing.
