Arc The Lad

Arc The Lad is a series of tactical RPGs starting with the original Arc The Lad in 1995. The first three games were only released in Japan initially, then were released as Arc The Lad Collection in the West in 2002 for the PlayStation. Now, the series has mostly faded into obscurity, with only Twilight of The Spirits available to play on current systems in the West. That image is from the anime adaptation of Arc II by the way.

Mario Strikers: Battle League

Mario Strikers: Battle League is a revival of the Mario Strikers series, fifteen years after its last release. Mario and friends take each other on in high octane soccer (or football, if you’re so inclined) matches with no ref, no fouls, and a variety of Mario Kart-like items to use. Play together or…well, mostly just play together.
