Episode 228. Domain of PEAK

Hello, and welcome to another episode of Talk This! It’s Dangerous to Podcast Alone. This week, we’re talking about Binary Domain and PEAK. The true binary is whether you are peak or not peak.

As always, you can listen to our podcast basically anywhere. Check it out on Apple PodcastsYouTubeSpotify, or Pandora (or head over to our episodes page for even more options). Or just listen below!

Binary Domain

Binary Domain is a 2012 sci-fi cover shooter from RGG Studios – the first game they released under that particular name. Made to appeal to the Western market, it mostly failed to succeed in that respect due to the heavily marketed but poorly implemented voice control system. Still, it’s ideas about robots are pretty cool and very campy.

PEAK

PEAK is co-op climbing game (or friendslop if you’re feeling extremely online) developed by Aggro Crab and Landfall during a month-long game jam in South Korea. Team up with up to three of your friends and try to make it to the top of the mountain to await rescue after your scout crew’s plane crashes on a remote island. Manage your single stamina/health/hunger bar and work together. Or not.
